About the Review

Founded in 1962 under the auspices of the International Society for Military Law and the Law of War (the “Society”), the Military Law and the Law of War Review / Revue de Droit Militaire et de Droit de la Guerre (the “Review”) ranks among the oldest and most respected publications at the international level in the area of military/security law and the law of armed conflict. Initially entitled Revue de Droit Pénal Militaire et de Droit de la Guerre / Military Law and the Law of War Review, it changed to its current name in 1989. About Us
